Mikael joined Bridgepoint in 2006 as Advisory Chairman of its Nordic business and since 2008 has been the Partner responsible for Bridgepoint´s investment activity in the Nordic region. He is a member of the Healthcare and Media & Technology investment teams.
Mikael currently sits on the boards of Terveystalo, A-Katsastus and Solhagagruppen.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint he spent twenty years with The Boston Consulting Group, as the founder and leader of its Nordic Operations and Nordic Healthcare Practice group. Mikael currently sits on the board of the Karolinska University hospital which is a leading European hospital. He also spent two years at TV4, the leading Nordic broadcasting group and sits on the board of Tre Vänner, the largest independent TV production company in the region.
He has a degree in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and studied Law at the University of Stockholm.
